Comelse operates order-tracking systems on behalf of client businesses and sends order notifications by SMS to people who asked for them. Where we do, we collect the mobile number the person gave, and the record of their consent, for the sole purpose of notifying that person about their own order. Mobile numbers are never sold or rented, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties; the number is disclosed only to the telecommunications carrier that delivers the message. We retain email correspondence for the duration of our business relationship and up to 3 years after the last contact, in accordance with French commercial law.
